Encrypted communications
Strong encryption protects calls from interception and keeps operations confidential.
Phase 1 and Phase 2
Phase 1 underpins most existing networks and offers the widest compatibility. Phase 2 doubles voice capacity on the same frequency — two calls instead of one.
Phased migration
Start with Phase 1 and move to Phase 2 in stages, using radios that support both.
